Effective date: January 1, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Ultra Energy solar + battery quiz. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Estimates only

Any pricing, savings figures, or monthly payment examples shown on this site — including the $143/month starting payment — are estimates for qualified homeowners with approved financing. They are not guaranteed and vary based on system size, roof condition, energy usage, financing terms, and credit eligibility. Savings estimates are based on current SDG&E rates and your stated usage; SDG&E rates and time-of-use periods are subject to change.

Communications consent

When you submit the quiz with the consent box checked, you agree that Ultra Energy may contact you at the number and email provided, including by automated calls and text messages, about your solar + battery plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

Eligibility

Our solar + battery program is available to San Diego County homeowners in single-family and multi-family homes. Not all homes or applicants qualify; final eligibility is determined after a review of your property and approved financing.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Energy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
